How does it work ?

A well-known factor in the wine business- after guests enjoy wine, garnering information is often done incorrectly, if it is done at all.

The process is fairly straightforward.

The user (your customer) downloads PTMOSE application from the Play Store and registers with an account. Only 1 registration per person per credit card is accepted.

All information is securely encrypted. After arriving at a winery, customers open the winery’s page on PTMOSE. The paperless experience begins on the mobile device. A list of hosts is provided, and selecting the host provides you with all the pertinent information, such as membership status, trade or industry, whether a retail customer or not, number of tastings, and other particulars. This entire menu is at the customer’s disposal. After they tasted each wine, the user starts the feedback with a yes/no, the number of bottles to purchase, and an opportunity to rate. To do a more detailed or in-depth rating, each wine will require an upgraded membership.

At the bottom of each tasting menu are additional prompts- each call-to-action offers the customer options for added purchases.

At each step of the customer’s journey, the winery is garnering more information about the user. On the last stage of the checkout, the page will show the entire summary containing transactions, subtotals, tip line, grand total, and authorization (click), to be saved on the mobile device for 30 days.
